I am thrilled to announce that several members of the Province of Staffordshire & Shropshire have been honored with promotions and first appointments!

 

All of those honoured richly deserve their preferment and we look forward to attending Grand Conclave in November to see them receive their awards!

 

First Appointment

• Worthy Brother David Wall is appointed to Past Grand Sword Bearer

 

Promotions

• Worthy Brother Barry Jones is promoted to Past Grand Visitor (and is thus elevated to a Very Worthy Brother)

• Worthy Brother Stephen Ashworth is promoted to Past Assistant Grand Director of Ceremonies

• Worthy Brother Walwyn Edwards is promoted to Past Assistant Grand Director of Ceremonies

• Very Worthy Brother Harjinder (Bob) Sagoo is reappointed to Grand Director of Ceremonies

• Worthy Brother David Greenway is promoted to Assistant Grand Director of Ceremonies

 

I encourage all members of the Province to attend Grand Conclave on Thursday, 12 November 2026, at Freemasons' Hall, Great Queen Street, to celebrate these appointments and promotions, and to enjoy the fellowship of one another at the Festive Board afterwards.
