The Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler, R.Wy.Bro. Ian P. Bennett, requests your attendance at the next Annual General Meeting of the Province of Staffordshire & Shropshire, to be held at The Masonic Hall, Ashfield House, 218 Ashby Road, Burton on Trent, DE15 0LA on On Saturday, 26th September, 2026 at 11.00 am.

 

Following the meeting, there will be a luncheon at 1.00 pm and it is expected that proceedings will be finished by 3pm.

 

The menu for lunch will be:

• Fresh Plum Tomatoes, Basil & Mozzarella Salad

• Italian Beef, Slow Cooked in a Rich Tomato Sauce

• Crème Brulee

 

Tea, Coffee & Mints will also be served.

 

Luncheon is priced at £30 per person and includes Wine. Dietary requirements can be specified at time of booking.

 

There will also be tea/coffee available from 9:30 am, with bacon rolls available to purchase.

 

We are also happy to announce that this year we will be reverting back to our usual practice of inviting Wives, Partners and Friends to attend the event, and Mrs Laverne Bennett has organised an interesting and informative talk by a local Bee Keeper, after which there will be Honey and various Beeswax products available to purchase.
